Amla raita | Gooseberry mint raita | Nellikai thayir pachadi recipe

Ingredients
- Goose berry[Amla,Nellikai] – 3 [Grate]
- Green chilli – 1 [finely chopped]
- Mint leaves – 3 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Fresh curd – 1 tbsp [Well beaten, like double cream consistency]
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- In a bowl add fresh curd, sugar, salt mix well.
- Then add green chilli, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder mix gently
- Add amla, min leaves mix gently.
- Serve with chapati, biryani, pulao, paratha or roti.
Note
- You can addseasoned ingredients [Heat pan with oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger and dry red chilli then add at the end]
