Ingredients

  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Instant ragi malt[Popped ragi malt powder ]- 2 tbsp
  • Brown Sugar / jaggery– 2 tbsp
  • Saffron - 2 [For garnishing, optonal]

Preparation

  • Boil 1 cup milk
  • In a glass or a bowl add popped ragi powder, sugar / jaggery mix well
  • Then add boiled hot milk mix well without lumps then strain.
  • Then add saffron, Serve hot.
