Wheat flour wool roll bread-How to make-Step by step photos & video

Ingredients
- Whole wheat flour - 1 cup [300 gram]
- Maida -1 cup [300 gram]
- Instant dry yeast- 1.5 tsp
- Sugar -3 tbsp
- Luke warm water/milk - 1/3 cup [80ml]
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Oil - 60 ml
- Salt to taste
Preparation Method
- In a large bowl add instant dry yeast, sugar, luke warm water, mxi well, let it rise for 5 to 8 min
- Then add Maida, Whole wheat flour , salt, Sugar, mxi well
- Add Milk, Oil, mix well make soft dough, cover it let it rise for 2 hours
- Sprinkle flour, roll out into thick oval shape sheet
- Ccut into stripes, fold and make log shape
- Place it in a roung baking pan, let it rise again for 30 min to 1 hour in warm place
- Pre-ehat OTG/OVEN for 10 min , 250 degree C
- 1 hour later, Bread is double in size, Brush with milk
- Bake for 25 to 30 min , 170 degree C
- Once its ready, cover with cotton cloth for softness
- Then slice and serve
