Wheat and semolina rava mixed upma with vegetables

Ingredients
- White rava [Semolina] – ½ cup
- Broken wheat rava – ½ cup
- Carrot – ¼ cup [finely chopped]
- French beans – ½ cup [chopped]
- Tomato – 1 [chopped]
- Onion- 1 [sliced]
- Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 [slit]
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Coriander leaves – 2 springs [chopped]
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Bengal gram – 1 tbsp
- Urad dal – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Water as needed [Aprx.2 ½ cups]
Method
- Dry roast semolina rava & broken small wheat rava.
- Heat oil in a pan then add mustard seeds & let it splutter. Then add Bengal gram and urad dal.
- Add onion sauté till soft then add ginger, carrot & beans sauté. Then add green chilli, curry leaves, & tomato sauté till soft.
- Add water and salt mix well & let it boil. Then add dry roasted two varieties of rava mix well & cover it, cook for 3 min in medium flame.
- Then cut off heat & leave it for 3 min. Sprinkle coriander leaves & serve hot with chutney.
