Veg spring roll-How to make-Step by step photos & Video

Everyone loves spring roll. It is easy to prepare at home. This Veg spring roll is stuffed with loaded vegs. You can make crispy snacks out of unused maida dough.
Ingredients
- Maida- 1.5 cup
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Ingredients for stuffing
- Red capsicum - 1/4 cup
- Onion - 1
- Beans,carrot -1/4 cup
- Ginger, garlic, green chilli - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder -1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder -1 tbsp
- Red chilli sauce -1 tbsp
- soya sauce - 1 tbsp
- SAlt to taste
- Oil -1 tbsp
For stuffing preparation:-
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add gigner, garlic,green chilli, onion saute until soft
- Add Red capsicum, Beans,carrot, saute for 2 min
- Then Red chilli powder, Garam masala powder, Red chilli sauce, soya sauce saute for a min
- Then cut off heat, let it cool.
Samosa Shell
- In a bowl take maida, oil and salt together mix well
- Add water, mix well, knead it , make soft dough.
- Then cover lid, keep it for 30 minutes
- Make equal size balls (lemon size)
- Sprinkle flour, rollout into slightly thick circle
- Place stuffing, stick with maida batter, fold & make roll
- Heat oil in a pan, drop it in hot oil, deep fry until crisp & golden brown
- Oce its ready remove it from oil, serve hot with green chutney or tomato or chilli Sauce
Note
- 50% wheat and 50% maida mixture can be used
