Ingredients

  • Sweet Corn [Makka Cholam, Maize]– 1 cup
  • Coconut- 2 tbsp [grated]
  • Green chilli – 1 [chopped]
  • Mustard seeds – ½ tbsp
  • Curry leaves – 1 spring
  • Coriander leaves – 2 springs [chopped]
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 1 tbsp

Preparation

  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed, let it splutter.
  • Add green chilli and curry leaves sauté.
  • Add grated coconut, sauté gently then add salt mix well.
  • Add boiled sweet corn mix well.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves mix well then cut off heat
  • Finally add lemon juice and serve hot.
