Ingredients
- Sweet Corn [Makka Cholam, Maize]– 1 cup
- Raw mango - 3 tbsp
- Coconut- 2 tbsp [grated]
- Green chilli – 1 [chopped]
- Dry red chilli - 1
- Mustard seeds – ½ tbsp
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 1 tbsp
Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed, let it splutter.
- Add green chilli, dry red chilli, and curry leaves sauté.
- Add grated coconut, raw mango sauté gently then add salt mix well.
- Add boiled sweet corn mix well.
- Then cut off heat, serve hot
