Ingredients
- Green moong sprouts [Mulai payaru, sprouted green gram] – 1 cup
- Onion – 2 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Carrot – 2 tbsp [cut into thin strips]
- Coriander leaves – 1 spring [chopped]
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For seasonining
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Green chilli – 1 [chopped]
- Mustard seeds – ½ tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
Method
- In a bowl add green gram sprouts, onion, carrot, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, lemon juice & salt mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds let it splutter, then add green chilli & curry leaves.
- Add seasoned ingredients to sprouts mixture mix well then serve immediately.
