Ingredients
- Bread slices– 5
- Potato – 3 [boiled, mashed]
- Green peas – 1/4 cup [boiled, mashed]
- Garlic – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Green chilli – ½ tbsp [finely chopped]
- Ginger – ½ [finely chopped]
- Red chilli powder –1 tsp
- Garam masala powder –1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Preparation Method
- Boil potato an green peas, mash well.
- In a bowl add mashed potato , green peas, garlic, ginger, green chilli, salt, red chilli powder & garam masala powder mix well.
- Take bread slices, sprinkle water or dip with water, squeeze extra water.
- Place potato stuffing and old and make cylinders
- Heat oil in a pan, drop stuffed bread roll, deep fry till crisp and golden brown.
- Serve hot with green chilli or tomato chilli sauce
