Ingredients
- Maida -1 cup
- Corn flour - 2 tbsp
- Baking powder- 1 tsp
- Bakign soda -1/2 tsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Mango - 1
- Sugar -1/3 cup
- Egg -1 or curd - 3 tbsp
- Cardamom powder -1 tsp
- Oil / butter - 2 tbsp
Preparation Method
- In a mixie jar add mango, sugar,Egg, oil, cardamom powder grind to smooth puree
- Transfer to a bowl add flour, corn flour, baking powder, baking soda mix well
- Add milk, mix well make smooth ribbon consistency batter
- Pre-heat OTG/OVEN, 10 min, 250 degree C
- Pour the mixture into butter sheet pan, bake for 25 to 30 min, 180 degree C
- Once done, let it cool, cut into thick slices, store in an airtight container, use with int 3 days
