Kuzhi Paniyaram-How to make-video

Ingredients
- Rice - 2 cups
- Urad dal - ½ cup
- Fenugreek seeds - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Preparation
- Wash and Soak urad dal & fenugreek, Rice over night separately.
- Grind, mix well, add salt and allow it for fermentation (8 hours aprx).
- In a Paniyaram pan make paniyaram.

Note
- When paniyaram is prepared in Iron casting or stone pan tastes better.
- Better should be idli batter consistency.
Tip
- Sliced onion, green chilli, curry leaves with seasoning can be mixed before making paniyaram.
