Ingredients

  • Rice – 1 cup [boiled]
  • Kollu podi[Horse gram powder] – 2 tbsp [Horse gram, dry red chilli, garlic, salt, curry leaves, hing]
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves – 1 spring
  • Salt to taste
  • Gingelly oil – 2 tbsp

Preparation Method

  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, let it splutter.
  • Then add boiled rice & salt mix well.
  • Then cut off heat & serve.
