Ingredients
- Rice – 1 cup [boiled]
- Kollu podi[Horse gram powder] – 2 tbsp [Horse gram, dry red chilli, garlic, salt, curry leaves, hing]
- Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Salt to taste
- Gingelly oil – 2 tbsp
Preparation Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, let it splutter.
- Then add boiled rice & salt mix well.
- Then cut off heat & serve.
