Killu Vadam | Rice Vadam-How to make-Step by step photos

Ingredients
- Leftover rice– 1 cup
- Green chilli – 1
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
- Peppercorns - 1 tbsp
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Preparation Method
- In a mixer jar add left over rice, cumin seeds, peppercorns, curry leaves green chilli & salt coarsely grind.
- Add ground mixer into a bowl, divide the mixture into equal amla size vadam.
- Then dry out in the sunlight for 1 week
- Once vadam ready, heat oil in a pan, put dried vadam & deep fry.
- Then serve hot with curd rice, rasam etc...
- Store dried vadam in an airtight container use wihtin one month.
How to make Killu Vadam-Stepwise pictures
Add all ingredients in a mixture jar
Coarsely grind
Divide the mixture into equal portions, dry out in the sunlight for 1 week
After 1 week, dried killu vadam ready
Heat oil in a pan, fry vadam
Fried vadam ready, serve with curd rice or rasam rice
