- Puffed rice[Pori] – 2 cup
- Onion – 2 tbsp
- Tomato- 2 tbsp
- Cucumber - 2 tbsp
- Coconut - 1 tbsp [grated]
- Coriander leaves – 2 springs [chopped]
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Roasted cumin powder – 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
- Plain sev - 2 tbsp
- Green chutney – 2 tbsp
- Sweet tamarind chutney - 2 tbsp
- Groundnut - 2 tbsp[roasted]
Preparation
- In a bowl add puffed rice & all above ingredients mix well.
- Serve immediately

Add chat masala

Add Tamarind sweet chutney
Add plain sev
Add lemon juice
Mix well
Puffed rice chat ready
