Crispy potato donut-How to make-Step by step photos & video

Ingredients
- Potato - 4 [boiled]
- Ginger garlic - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Dry mango powder - 1/2 tsp
- Corn flour - 2 tbsp
- Rice flour - 2 tbsp
- salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
- For batter:-
- Corn flour - 3 tbsp
- Maida- 1/4 cup
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
Preparation Method
- Wash boil potato for 2 whistles, peel off, let it cool
- in a bowl add boiled or steamed potato, mash well
- Add Rice flour, corn flour, dry mango powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, ginger, garlic paste mix well, make soft dough
- Divide the dough into equal size balls, flatten, make holes in the center
- Freeze it for 1 hour or overnight or immediatley fry
- In a bowl add corn flour, maida, salt, red chilli powder & water, make slightly thick flowing batter
- Dip potato donut in maida batter, rollout into breadcrumbs, freeze it for 30 min or immediately fry
- Heat oil, drop potato donut, deep fry until crisp and godlen brown
- Once its ready drain on absorbent paper, serve hot with any sauce
