Crispy bittergourd chips-How to make-Step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Bittergourd - 1/4 kg
- Rice flour - 3 tbsp
- Gram flour - 1 cup
- Lemon juice -1 whole lemon
- salt to taste
- Red chilli powder -1 tbsp
- Turmeric -1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Dry mango powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
- Oil for deep frying
- Water - 3 tbsp
Preparation Method
- Wash and cut bittergourd into thin slices
- add salt, lemon juice, red chilli powder mix well, rest for 30 min
- 30 min later, squeeze, extract bitter water
- add above all ingredients mix well
- Heat oil in a pan , drop it in hot oil, deep fry till golden brown & crisp on hot oil
- When it is ready remove it from oil & drain on an absorbent paper & let it cool.
- Store it in an airtight container and use within 30 days.
