Chickpeas adai dosa | Chana adai dosa

Ingredients
- Chickpeas [chana, kondakkadalai] – 1 cup
- Idli Rice – ¼ cup
- Urad dal – 1 tbsp
- Coconut – ¼ cup [grated]
- Ginger – 1 tbsp [chopped]
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Cumin seed – 1 tbsp
- Dry red chilli – 3
- Green chilli – 1
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Coriander leaves – 1 spring
- Curd – 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Preparation Method
- Wash and Soak chickpeas, urad dal and idli rice overnight then drain water.
- Put soaked ingredients in a mixer jar with ginger, garlic, cumin seed, dry red chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt then coarsely grind.
- Take a bowl, add ground mixture, curd, & grated coconut mix well.
- Heat iron dosa tawa, grease with oil then pour batter, spread it & shape like dosa.
- Cook both sides [Apr. 3 min each side] then serve hot with coconut chutney, grated jaggery or idli podi
