Carrot capsicum fried rice-How to make-Step by step photos and video

Ingredients
- Basmati long grain rice – 1 cup [Boiled]
- Red, green & yellow capsicum – 1/2 cup [finely chopped]
- Carrot – 1 [finely chopped]
- Garlic – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Green chilli – ½ tbsp [finely chopped]
- Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
- Chilli tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
- Green chilli sauce – 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder – 1 tsp [freshly ground]
- Garam masala powder or five spice powder–1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Preparation Method
- Heat oil in pan add garlic, onion, green chilli, carrot & capsicum sauté on high flame.
- Add red tomato chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce & salt mix well.
- Add garam masala powder mix well
- Add boiled basmati rice, enough salt & 1 tsp pepper powder mix well.
- Once it’s ready cut off heat & serve hot with baby corn, cauliflower or mushroom Manchurian.

Add carrot saute
Add capsicum saute
Add garam masala powder
Add green chilli sauce
add salt
Add toamto chilli sauce
Add soya sauce
Add boield basmati rice
add salt
Mix well
Add pepper powder, mix well, cut off heat
