Broccoli Noodles

Ingredients
- Noodles - 250 g
- Noodles masala - 1 packet
- Broccoli - 1 cup
- Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
- Dark soya sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder [freshly ground] - ½ tbsp
- Lemon juice - ½ tbsp
- Salt to taste
- sugar a pinch
- Water as needed
Preparation
- Chop, wash and boil broccoli for 4 mins (in boiling water with salt). Then cut off heat and drain excess water and keep the water for future use.
- Heat pan with 200 ml of broccoli drained water. Once water boils add noodles masala & mix well.
- Add 1 block noodles and cook well. Once moisture is out cut off heat.
- Heat another pan then add 1 tbsp of oil, add broccoli & sauté gently then add boiled noodles, sprinkle salt, tomato sauce, and dark soya sauce and sugar then mix well.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves, pepper powder and lemon juice mix gently and cut off heat serve hot with fried egg.
