Broccoli Noodles By

  • Noodles - 250 g
  • Noodles masala - 1 packet
  • Broccoli - 1 cup
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Dark soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
  • Pepper powder [freshly ground] - ½ tbsp
  • Lemon juice - ½ tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • sugar a pinch
  • Water as needed


  • Chop, wash and boil broccoli for 4 mins (in boiling water with salt). Then cut off heat and drain excess water and keep the water for future use.
  • Heat pan with 200 ml of broccoli drained water. Once water boils add noodles masala & mix well.
  • Add 1 block noodles and cook well. Once moisture is out cut off heat.
  • Heat another pan then add 1 tbsp of oil, add broccoli & sauté gently then add boiled noodles, sprinkle salt, tomato sauce, and dark soya sauce and sugar then mix well.
  • Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves, pepper powder and lemon juice mix gently and cut off heat serve hot with fried egg.
