Ingredients
- Mushroom - 250 gram
- Potato - 2 [boiled]
- Onion - 1
- Green chilli - 1
- Garlic - 1 tbsp
- Ginger - 1tbsp
- Spices:- Cumin, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves
- Red chilli powder - 1tbsp
- Garam masala - 1 tbsp
- Dry mango powder - 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Chaat masala - 1 tsp
- Kasoori methi - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
- Oil -1 tbsp
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
Preparation Method
- Wash potatoes then peel off the skin then cut into cube
- Heat oil, ghee in a pan, add Spices:- Cumin, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves saute
- Add onin, ginger, garlic, green chilli saute
- Add Mushroom saute for 2 min
- Add Red chilli powder, Garam masala,Dry mango powder, Roasted cumin powder, Coriander powder, Chaat masala saute for 1 min
- Add 1/4 cup water if requried to cook mushroom
- Add boiled potato, kasoori methi, salt, saute for 2 min
- Add coriander leaves, cut off heat
