Ingredients
- Puffed rice[Pori] – 2 cup
- Coconut - 1 tbsp [grated]
- Coriander leaves – 2 springs [chopped]
- Papad - 2 thattai
- Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
- Green chilli sauce- 1 tbsp
- Red chilli sauce– 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce- 1 tbsp
Preparation
- Heat pan, add puffed rice roast for 5 min low flame till crisp.
- In a bowl add puffed rice, crushed papad, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, & tomato sauce.
- Add chaat masala, coriander leaves & toss well.
- Serve hot with tea or coffee.
