Healthy Beetroot Dosa

Ingredients

  • Dosa batter – 1 cup
  • Beetroot – 1/2 [grated]
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Add grated beetroot in a mixer jar grind to fine puree with 1/4 cup of water
  • Add beetroot puree in to dosa batter mix well
  • Heat iron dosa pan, pour batter, pour 1 tbsp of oil, cover lid & cook both sides
  • Once dosa is ready, transfer to a plate & serve hot with chutney and sambar
