Ingredients

  • Curd / yogurt – 1 cup [fully whisked]
  • Onion – 1 [finely chopped]
  • Green chilli – ½ tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Ginger – ½ tsp [finely chopped]
  • Coriander leaves – 2 springs [finely chopped]
  • Curry leaves – 1 spring [finely chopped]
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • In a bowl add curd, onion, ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli and salt mix well.
  • Then serve with biryani, pulao, paratha, roti or naan.
