White sesame seeds rice | Vellai ellu sadam | White til rice

Ingredients
- Rice – 1 cup [boiled]
- White Sesame seeds [til, vellai ellu] – 1 ½ tbsp
- Coconut – 1 tbsp [grated]
- Dry red chilli – 2 or 3
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Salt to taste
- Gingelly oil – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
Preparation Method
- Dry roast white sesame seeds, dry red chilli & coconut one by one then let it cool.
- Put roasted ingredients in a mixer jar & coarsely grind.
- Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, and freshly ground sesame mixture.
- Then add boiled rice & salt mix well.
- Pour 1 tbsp of ginelly oil mix well then cut off heat. Serve hot with chips or pickle.
