Veg kathi roll-How to make-Step by step photos -Easy lunch box recipe

Ingredients
- Chapathi –2
- Paneer – 1 cup
- Capsicum & carrot– ½ cup[sliced]
- Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped ]
- Garlic – 3 [finely chopped]
- Green chilli – 1 [finely chopped]
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp
- Tomato chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
- Cheese slices– 1
- Oil / butter/ghee– 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat oil in a pan add onion, garlic, green chilli & red chilli powder sauté.
- Add capsicum red chilli powder, garam masala powder & salt mix well
- Take chapatti, add 1 tbsp tomato chilli sauce, spread over the chapati, then place capsicum, paneer, carrot mixture.
- Place cheese slices then fold
- Heat iron dosa tawa, add 1 tsp butter/ghee/oil on it.
- Then place chapathi roll, cook till crisp and golden brown
- Turnover and cook another side & add 1 tsp of butter on it.
- Then cut off heat serve hot with chiili or tomato sauce
How to make Veg kathi roll-Stepwise pictures
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, green chilli, onion & salt saute
Add red chilli powder saute
Add carrot, capsicum, red chilli powder, garam masala, saute for 2 min
Add paneer, salt mix well
Take one chapathi, place 1 tbsp tomato chilli sauce, spread evenly
Add sauted veg, paneer and cheese slice
Heat iron tawa, pour 1 tbsp oil, place veg kathi roll
Cook both sides
Now its ready, cur off heat
Delicous and healthy veg paneer kathi roll ready, Slice and serve hot
