Ingredients
- Rava[semolina, sooji] – 1 cup
- Curd – ¼ cup
- Water – 2 cups
- Carrot – 1 [finely chopped]
- Onion – 1 [sliced]
- Green chilli – 2
- Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Coriander leaves – 1 spring
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Bengal gram – 1 tbsp
- Urad dal – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Preparation
- Dry roast rava till you get nice aroma.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds & let it splutter. Then add Bengal gram and urad dal.
- Add onion sauté till soft then add ginger, green chilli & carrot sauté.
- Then add curry leaves, turmeric & red chilli powder sauté till soft.
- Add water, curd and salt mix well & let it boil.
- Then add dry roasted rava mix well, cover it & cook for 2 min.
- Once moisture out add coriander leaves mix well, cover it & cut off heat, then leave it for 2 min.
- Serve hot with chutney or pickle.

Add bansi rava, mix well, cover lid cook for 5 min on medium flame
Now its ready, cut off heat
Add coriander leaves, cut off heat, serve hot with chutney
