Ingredients

  • Sweet Potato - 2 [big]
  • Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  • Oil for deep frying

Preparation

  • Wash & slice[lengthwise], wash 3 to 4 times.
  • Add sliced potato into cold water soak it for 5 min. Then drain water
  • Place it on cotton cloth, wipe off extra moisture.
  • Sprinkle corn flour mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan then add sweet potato slices deep fry for 2 min on medium heat.
  • Then remove from oil & place it in an absorbent paper for 2 min.
  • Then again deep fry till crisp & light brown on hot oil.
  • Once its ready, drain on absorbent paper serve hot with tomato sauce.
