Sweet potato finger chips-How to make-Step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Sweet Potato - 2 [big]
- Corn flour - 2 tbsp
- Oil for deep frying
Preparation
- Wash & slice[lengthwise], wash 3 to 4 times.
- Add sliced potato into cold water soak it for 5 min. Then drain water
- Place it on cotton cloth, wipe off extra moisture.
- Sprinkle corn flour mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan then add sweet potato slices deep fry for 2 min on medium heat.
- Then remove from oil & place it in an absorbent paper for 2 min.
- Then again deep fry till crisp & light brown on hot oil.
- Once its ready, drain on absorbent paper serve hot with tomato sauce.

Crispy sweet potato finger chips
Wash then slice
Cut into large stripes
Soak it for 5 min
Drain water
remove extra moisture
Now its ready
Add corn flour
coat well
Drop it in oil, deep fry 50 percent
Remove it from oil
Leave it in absorbent paper for 2 min
Double fry
Boil for 3 min
Super crispy sweet potato chips ready
