Samai curd rice | Little millet bagalabath-How to make video

Ingredients
- Little millet [Samai arisi]– 1 cup
- Yogurt (Curd) -1 1/2 cups
- Pomegranate seeds - 3 tbsp
- Green Chili - 1
- Dry red chilli - 1
- Ginger - 1 tbsp [Finely chopped ]
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves - 1 spring[Finely chopped ]
- Curry Leaves - 1 spring
- Salt to taste
- Asafoetida[hing] - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Water - 3 cup for open pan, For Cooker:- 1 1/2 cup
Method
- Boil Foxtail millet & spread over the plate & leave it for 2 min.
- Add curd & salt mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed & let it splutter.
- Add Curry leaves, green chilli, dry red chilli, ginger, & asafetida sauté.
- Add seasoned ingredients to the cooked little millet curd mixture, mix well.
- Finally add corainder leaves & pomegranate mix well.
- Serve with lemon pickle, or mango pickle.
