Ingredients
- Milk - 1 ltr
- Rose milk -1 cup[Rsoe syrup, milk, sugar, ice cubes, strawberry ice cream]
- Sweet condensed milk - 1/2 cup
- Almonds & pistachios - 2 tbsp
- Sabja seeds - 2 tbsp
- Cherry - 3
- Rose syrup -4 tbsp
- Vermicelli - 3 tbsp
- Strawberry or rose ice cream - 3 scoops
- Rose petals - 1/4 cup for garnishing
Preparation
- In a bowl add sabja seeds & water, soak for 30 min then refrigerate.
- Soak almonds & pista in warm water for 30 min then peel off & slice then refrigerate.
- Boil vermicelli with rose syrup & sugar, then let it cool, refrigerate.
- For serving:-
- In a glass add sabja seeds, rose syrup, vermicelli, condensed milk,rose syrup, rose milkshake, nuts, fruits, strawberry ice cream, nuts & cherry.
- Then add rose petals, serve immediately.

- Pista falooda:- Sabja seeds, rose syrup, vermicelli, roasted crushed pistachios, pista milkshake, pista ice cream, & nuts
- You can add sugar coated rose petals for garnishing
- You can add gulkand
