Ingredients

  • Rava[Semolina, sooji]– 1 cup
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Water-3/4 cup
  • Coconut – 1/4 cup [grated]
  • Cardamom powder – 1 tbsp
  • Banana – 1
  • Oil for deep frying

Preparation

  • In a bowl, add rava, sugar & water mix well. Then soak it for 30 min.
  • Peel off the banana skin, mash well.
  • Add mashed banana, coconut, cardamom powdr mix well make soft & thick batter.
  • Heat oil in pan, Take lemon size batter, make ball shape or oval shape using spoon then deep fry till golden brown & crisp.
  • Serve hot with tea
