Rava appam | Crispy semolina sweet paniayram-How to make-Step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Rava[Semolina, sooji]– 1 cup
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Water-3/4 cup
- Coconut – 1/4 cup [grated]
- Cardamom powder – 1 tbsp
- Banana – 1
- Oil for deep frying
Preparation
- In a bowl, add rava, sugar & water mix well. Then soak it for 30 min.
- Peel off the banana skin, mash well.
- Add mashed banana, coconut, cardamom powdr mix well make soft & thick batter.
- Heat oil in pan, Take lemon size batter, make ball shape or oval shape using spoon then deep fry till golden brown & crisp.
- Serve hot with tea

Take 1 cup rava
Add 1/4 cup sugar, 3/4 cup water, mix well
Soak it for 30 min
Take 1 banana mash well
Add mashed banana
Add 1/4 cup grated coconut
Add 1 tbsp cardamom powder, mix well
Batter ready
Heat enough oil in a pan
Pour batter
Deep fry till crisp and golden brown
Cook both sides
Now its ready, remove it from oil
Rava appam ready, serve hot with tea
