Ingredients

  • Cucumber - 1
  • Ginger – 1 tbsp [finely chopped]
  • Green chilli – 1 [chopped]
  • Coriander leaves – 3 springs [chopped]
  • Curry leaves – 1 spring [chopped]
  • Lemon juice – ½ tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Curd – ¾ cup

Seasoning / Tempering ingredients [optional]

  • Mustard seeds – ½ tbsp
  • Curry leaves – 1 spring
  • Oil – 1 tbsp

Method

  • Peel off the cucumber skin then remove seeds & grate.
  • Then put grated cucumber in a cotton cloth squeeze extra water.
  • In a bowl add cucumber, curd & salt mix well
  • Then add lemon juice mix well
  • Heat pan, add oil then add mustard let it splutter.
  • Then add ginger, green chilli, curry leaves,& coriander leaves
  • Finally add seasoned ingredients to cucumber curd mixture & serve.
