Pearl millet walnut sweet dumplings, Bajra walnut kozhukattai

Ingredients
- Kambu [Pearl millet, Bajra] – 1 cup
- Wall nuts – 2 tbsp [ghee roasted, chopped]
- Peanuts – 2 tbsp [dry roasted & chopped]
- Pistachio – 4
- Coconut – ½ cup [Grated]
- Jaggery or karupatti– ½ cup [grated]
- Cardamom powder-1 tbsp
- Cashew nuts – 8
- Raisins [Kismiss] -10
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
- Warm water - 2 to 3 tbsp or as needed
Preparation Method
- Dry roast pearl millet, let it cool.
- Add pearl millet in a mixer jar & grind to fine powder.
- Heat ghee in a pan & roast wall nuts, cashew nuts, pistachio, raisins and then chop.
- In a bowl, add freshly ground pearl millet powder, grated coconut, wall nuts, peanuts , cashew nuts, pistachio, raisins, cardamom powder, ghee and grated jaggery mix well.
- Drizzle enough warm water & make soft dough.
- Take a lemon size portion and fold down with 5 fingers and press gently.
- Steam it in an Idli cooker for 10 min & serve.
