Ingredients
- Papaya -1/2 fruit
- Sugar or brown sugar - 5 tbsp
- Cold water[iced]- 250 ml
- Vanilla ice cream - 2 cups
Preparation
- Wash, peel off the papaya fruit, remove seeds, then cut into cubes
- In a blender, add papaya, chilled water, ice cubes, sugar, vanilla ice cream blend till smooth & frothy.
- Pour into serving glass, add ice cream, serve immediately.
