Palak lachcha paratha | Spinach paratha-How to make-Step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Spinach[Palak] - 10 leaves
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Water as needed
Method
- Pluck & wash spinach.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan sauté for 2 min then let it cool & grind to fine puree
- In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, spinach puree mix well
- Then add water Knead it and make soft dough. Pour 1 tbsp of oil, Cover it & leave it for 15 min.
- Divide the dough into equal size balls
- Sprinkle flour then roll out each ball in to large circle shape chapathi , fold & make spiral shape.
- Sprinkle flour & roll out into thick or thin paratha.
- Heat iron dosa tawa , place palak paratha & add 1 tbsp ghee cook till soft.
- Turnover and cook both sides till golden brown
- Then cut off heat serve hot with pickle, raitha or cucumber.

Heat oil in a pan, add spinach saute for 2 min
Spinach is ready, let it cool
Put spinach in a mixer jar, finely grind
Spinach puree is ready
Heat broad pan add milk and let it boil
Add wheat flour, salt in a bowl mix well
Add water mix well, knead it, make soft dough
Fold dough, knead well
Spinach paratha dough is ready
Add 1 tbsp oil, cover it, leave it for 15 min
Divide the dough into equal size balls, roll out into thin chapati
Fold
Make spiral shape
Sprinkle flour, press gently
Sprinkle flour, roll out into thin or thick paratha
Heat iron dosa tawa, place raw palak paratha
Pour 1 tbsp ghee, cook till golden brown
Flip over cook both sides
Palak paratha is ready serve with raita
