Onion masala thool pakoda | Vengaya thool pakoda | Fried onion masala fritters

Ingredients
- Onion – 2 [sliced]
- Gram flour – 5 tbsp
- Rice flour – 2 tbsp
- White rava – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Asafetida – ¼ tsp
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala [powder] – ½ tsp
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Water as needed
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Preparation
- Take a bowl add onion, curry leaves, gram flour, rice flour, rava, asafetida, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala & rava mix well.
- Sprinkle enough water and mix well. (Not like bajji consistency).
- Heat oil in a pan then sprinkle onion mixture & deep fry on medium hot oil till golden brown & crispy.
- Serve hot with curd rice, evening snack, tea or coffee
