Muskmelon Lassi | Mulampalam Lassi | Kirni Lassi | cantaloupe lassi

Ingredients
- Muskmelon[Mulampalam ,Kirni pazham] - 1
- Curd / Yogurt- 1 cup[fresh]
- Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
- Sugar/ brown sugar/ Honey or Jaggery- 3 tbsp
- Ice cubes - 1/4 cup [optional]
- Water - 1 small glass[chilled]
Preparation
- Cut and Remove the Muskmelon skin.
- Scoop out the flesh.
- In a mixie jar or blender, add Muskmelon, curd, cardamom powder, ice cubes, sugar & water finely grind.
- Pour fresh Muskmelon lassi in a serving glass, add more ice cubes & serve immediately
Tips
- You can add milk, nuts or saffron.
- You can add coconut milk or almond milk.
- You can make kulfi using condensed milk
