Ingredients
- Muskmelon[Mulampalam ,Kirni pazham] - 1
- Sugar or brown sugar - 3 tbsp
- Ice cubes - 1/4 cup [optional]
- Water - 1 small glass
Preparation
- Cut and Remove the Muskmelon skin.
- Scoop out the flesh.
- In a mixie jar or blender, add Muskmelon, sugar & water finely grind.
- Pour fresh Muskmelon juice in a serving glass, add ice cubes & serve immediately
Tips & Variations
- You can dry out Muskmelon seeds & use in kheer/payasam/halwa.
- Muskmelon is best for ulcer. So you can add coconut milk.
- You can prepare with boiled & chilled milk.
- You can add jaggery or honey instead of sugar.
- You can make Muskmelon lassi, granita, smoothie, kulfi, popsicles, or ice cream
