Preparation Time : 10 minutes | In Freezer : 8 to 12 hours | To Serve : 5 | Take with : Honey, Dry fruits, Fruits, nuts brittle| Type : Frozen Desserts
Ingredients
- Muskmelon - 1/2
- Milk - 1 ltr
- Sweet condensed milk - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Vanilla essence - 1 tbsp
Preparation
- Heat pan add milk, let it boil till the milk reduced to half.
- Add corn flour, stir well without lumps[In a bowl you can mix cornflour with milk to avoid lumps]
- Add vanilla essence, sweet condensed milk let it boil for another 2 min
- Cut off heat. let it cool.
- In a mixie jar add muskmelon, sugar finely grind.
- Add milk mixture, grind till smooth and fluffy.
- Pour this mixture into a air-tight container and freeze it for 6 hours.
- After 6 hours, take it out from freezer blend again then freeze it for 9 hours
- Repeat the process for 2-3 times
- Once its ready, drizzle honey, serve immediately.
- Optionally garnish with peanut brittle, almonds and pista
Tip
- If you want to really make this ice creams vibrant in color add colorful fruits with chocolate chips. Use wafer biscuit to eat instead of spoon.

Boil milk till it reduced to 1/2
Add corn flour/ milk powder
Add sugar
Add sweet condensed milk
Add vanilla essence
Let it boil for 2 min
Now its ready, cut off heat
Let it cool
Take flesh
Add sugar, blend till smooth
Now its ready
Add milk mixture
Grind till smooth and frothy
Now its ready
Pour into airtight container
Freeze till set[Apr 8 hours]
Now its ready
