Methi Puri | Fenugreek leaves poori | Deep fried indian bread

Ingredients
- Fenugreek leaves[Methi] – ¼ cup [finely chopped]
- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar a pinch
- Water As needed
- Oil for deep frying
Method
- In a bowl mix all ingredients then make soft dough. Cover it and leave it for 20 min.
- Divide the dough in to equal size balls.
- Take a ball, roll it over on the flour, place it on the chapathi making stone, and Roll over chapthi roller from bottom to top, take it off and change the position.
- Repeat the process till you get the round or equivalent to round shape.
- Heat oil in a pan then deep fry till crisp & golden brown. Serve hot with any gravy.
