Ingredients
- Corn kernels – 1 cup
- Red chilli powder -1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp / butter - 1 tbsp
Method
- Heat large pan, add 2 tbsp oil, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & salt mix well.
- Add corn kernels, cover lid, leave it for 1 min
- Then gently shake the pan till the kernels pops.
- Once its popped, remove the pan from heat.
- Serve with tea or coffee.
How to make Masala popcorn-Step by step photos
Heat large pan add 2 tbsp oil, turmeric powder

Add salt

Cover lid, leave it for 1 min, then shake gently
