Mango lassi ice cream is simple and instant ice cream without cream / egg. No cooking process required. Add all ingredients in a blender, beld till smooth and fluffy then pour into box, freeze it for 5 to 8 hours. Creamy & homemade ice cream ready. No artificial colour added.
Ingredients
- Mango - 1
- Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
- Fresh curd - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Preparation
- In a mixie jar, add mango, sugar, condensed milk, cardamom powder, curd fienly grind
- Pour this mixture into a air-tight container and freeze it for 6 hours.
- Once itsready, serve immediately
Tip
- If you want to really make this ice creams vibrant in color add colorful fruits with chocolate chips. Use wafer biscuit to eat instead of spoon.

Take 1 mango
Peel off
Chop
Put mango cubes in a mixie jar
Add sugar, finely grind
add fresh curd
Add sweet condensed milk
Add cardamom powder, grind to smooth and fluffy
Mix gently
Pour into airtight container
Evenly spread
Freeze it till set [Apr 8 hours]
Perfect creamy, homemade, no cook ice cream ready
Serve immediately
