Ingredients
- Dried green peas - 1 cup
- Coconut - 3 tbsp
- Carrot - 3 tbsp
- Mango - 3 tbsp
- Green chilli - 3
- Hing - 1/2 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tbsp
- Coriander, curry leaves - 2 springs
- Red chilli powder -1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
- Oil - 1.5 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
Preparation
- Wash and soak green Dried green peas overnight. Then drain water.
- Boil Dried green peas in cooker for 4 whistles.
- Heat oil in a pan then add mustard seeds.
- Then add Hing, curry leaves, green chilli saute.
- Add coconut, Turmeric & red chilli powder mix well.
- Add Mango, Carrot mxi well cut off heat
- Then add boiled green peas and salt mix well.
- Then add coriander leaves & remaining coconut mix well.
- Serve hot
