Kothavarangai varuval | Cluster beans stir fry

Ingredients
- Kothavarangai [Cluster Beans] - ¼ kg or 1 cup [wash & chop]
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil – 2 tbsp
- Water as needed
Preparation
- Parboil kothavarangai.
- Heat pan with oil add mustard seeds. Once it’s spluttered add curry leaves, parboiled kothavarangai mix well.
- Add salt, turmeric & red chilli powder sauté well [for 5 min]. Then cut off heat & serve hot with rice
