Ingredients

  • Kothavarangai [Cluster Beans] - ¼ kg or 1 cup [wash & chop]
  • Curry leaves – 1 spring
  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  • Red chilli powder- 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 2 tbsp
  • Water as needed

Preparation

  • Parboil kothavarangai.
  • Heat pan with oil add mustard seeds. Once it’s spluttered add curry leaves, parboiled kothavarangai mix well.
  • Add salt, turmeric & red chilli powder sauté well [for 5 min]. Then cut off heat & serve hot with rice
