Ingredients

  • Mango - 1 fruit
  • Green Cardamom powder - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup

Preparation

  • Wash, peel and cut the mango in to small cubes.
  • Put mango cubes, green cardamom powder & sugar in a mixie jar finely grind.
  • Heat pan add mango mixture stir continuously for 5 to 8 min.
  • Once its ready, cut off heat, spread over the plate, let it dry on sunlight for 2 to 3 days.
  • Or you can microwave for 5 to 8 min for instant mango papad
