Homemade mango papad-How to make-step by step photos

Ingredients
- Mango - 1 fruit
- Green Cardamom powder - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
Preparation
- Wash, peel and cut the mango in to small cubes.
- Put mango cubes, green cardamom powder & sugar in a mixie jar finely grind.
- Heat pan add mango mixture stir continuously for 5 to 8 min.
- Once its ready, cut off heat, spread over the plate, let it dry on sunlight for 2 to 3 days.
- Or you can microwave for 5 to 8 min for instant mango papad
How to make Homemade mango papad-Step by step photos
Take 1 ripe mango
In a mixie jar add mango cubes, cardamom & sugar grind well
Ground mango ready
Heat pan, add mango puree
Stir well on medium flame for 5 min
Now its ready, cut off heat
Transfer mixture to a plate
Evenly spread over the plate
Let it dry on sunlight for 2 to 3 days [oy instant mango papd put it in microwave oven for 5 min]
After 2 days, Cut and remove mango papad
Remove it from plate
Fold mango papad & store in an airtight container use within one month
Delicious mango papad ready to serve
