Ingredients

  • Mango - 1 fruit
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp

Preparation

  • Wash, peel and cut the mango in to small cubes.
  • Heat pan add mango cubes, sugar, lemon juice & salt
  • Stir continuously for 5 to 8 min or till it thickens.
  • Then cut off heat, let it cool, store in an glass container, refrigerate and serve.
