Ingredients
- Mango - 1 fruit
- Pinch of salt
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp
Preparation
- Wash, peel and cut the mango in to small cubes.
- Heat pan add mango cubes, sugar, lemon juice & salt
- Stir continuously for 5 to 8 min or till it thickens.
- Then cut off heat, let it cool, store in an glass container, refrigerate and serve.

Let it boil for 5 min
Stir well till it thickens
