Ingredients
- Green gram - 1 cup
- Chana dal - 1/4 cup
- urad dal - 2 tbsp
- Toor dal - 1/4 cup
- Idli rice - 1 cup
- Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
- Dry red chilli - 2 to 3
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- salt to taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Water as required
Method :-
- Wash and soak Green gram, Chana dal, urad dal , Toor dal, Idli rice for 4 to 5 hours
- The ndrain water completely
- Add Cumin seeds , Dry red chilli, Garlic, salt, & water grind to slight coarse batter
- Transfer to a bowl, leave it for 5 hours or immediately make adai dosa
- After 5 hours, add water if the batter is too thick
- Heat iron tawa, pour batter, evenly spread
- Sprinkle oil, cover it cook for 2 min each sdie
- Once its ready, serve hot with avial
