Ingredients

  • Pineapple[Annasi pazham] - Half fruit
  • Sugar or brown sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Salt a pinch
  • Ice cubes - 1/4 cup [optional]
  • Water - 1 small glass

Preparation

  • Cut and Remove the pinapple skin.
  • Wash & cut into cubes
  • In a mixie jar or blender, add pineapple cubes, salt, sugar & water grind to fine puree.
  • Pour the mixture into a strainer, filter without lumbs.
  • Pour fresh pineapple juice in serving glass, add ice cubes & serve immediately
