Ingredients
- Pineapple[Annasi pazham] - Half fruit
- Sugar or brown sugar - 4 tbsp
- Salt a pinch
- Ice cubes - 1/4 cup [optional]
- Water - 1 small glass
Preparation
- Cut and Remove the pinapple skin.
- Wash & cut into cubes
- In a mixie jar or blender, add pineapple cubes, salt, sugar & water grind to fine puree.
- Pour the mixture into a strainer, filter without lumbs.
- Pour fresh pineapple juice in serving glass, add ice cubes & serve immediately

Take half fruit pineapple
Cut and remove skin
Wash
Cut into cubes
In a mixie jar, add pineapple cubes, sugar
Add pinch of salt
Add 1 glass of water, grind to smooth puree
Smooth pineapple puree ready
Pour juice over the strainer
Strain without lumps
Smooth pineapple juice ready, add ice cubes then serve
