Poori & One pot green peas potato poori masala-How to make-step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Wheat flour – 1 cup
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Water As needed
- Oil for deep frying
Ingredients for poori masala
- Green peas -1 cup
- Potato -1
- Onion -1
- Cumin seeds -1 tbsp
- Ginger, garlic -1 tbsp
- Green chilli -2
- Turmeric -1/2 tsp
- Red chilli, coriander, garam masala -1 tbsp
- oil -2 tbsp
- Hing -1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves -2 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Mustard, chana , urad dal -1 tbsp
- Water as needed
- Salt to taste
Method for making poori
- In a bowl mix all ingredients then make soft dough. Cover it and leave it for ½ an hour.
- Divide the dough in to equal size balls.
- Take a ball, roll it over on the flour, place it on the chapathi making stone, and Roll over chapthi roller from bottom to top, take it off and change the position.
- Repeat the process till you get the round or equivalent to round shape.
- Heat oil in a pan then deep fry until fluffy, golden brown
Method for making green peas potato masala-one-pot
- In a bowl add 1 cup green epas, wash 2 to 3 times, then soak it overnight or 8 hours
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add mustard, cumin, chana dal, urad dal
- Add curry leaves, hing, onion, green chilli, gigner, garlic saute until soft
- Add soaked green peas, potato mix well
- Add masala powder mix well
- Add water, salt, mix well, then cover lid, cook for 4 whialtes
- Then remove whistles, mash roughly, add water if required
- Boil for 5 min then add coriander leaves, cut off heat

Green peas -1 cup, wash 2 to 3 times
Soak overnight
8 hours later drain water
Add oil, mustard, chan dal, urad dal, cumin seeds
Add onion, gigner garlic, green chilli, potato, green peas
Add turmeric, coriander, red chillli, garam masala powder
Mix well
Add water
Add salt
Cover lid, cook for 4 whistles
Add coriadner leaves, mash well
Add water if required
Perfect protein laoded masala
Add wheat flour, salt
Add oil
Add water, knead it make ssemi-soft dough
Rest 20 min
Divide into equal size balls, flatten
Drop it in oil, deep fry until fluffy
GOnce turned golden brown, remove it from oil
Perfect color, crispiness
Remove it from oil
Serve hot with masala
