Falooda kulfi -How to make-Step by step photos & Video

Ingredients
- Milk - 1 ltr
- Sweet condensed milk - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Almonds & pistachios - 2 tbsp
- Sabja seeds - 2 tbsp
- Rose syrup -4 tbsp
- Vermicelli - 3 tbsp
- Vanilla icecream - 1 scoops
Preparation
- In a bowl add sabja seeds & water, soak for 30 min then refrigerate.
- Soal almonds & pista in warm water for 30 min then peel off & slice then refrigerate.
- Heat pan add milk, let it boil till the milk reduced to half.
- Add sweet condensed milk let it boil for another 5 min then cut off heat, let it cool & refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Boil vermicelli with sugar, then let it cool, refrigerate.
- In a glass add sabja seeds, rose syrup, vermicelli, condensed milk, rose syrup, milk, nuts, fruits, ice cream, condensed milk.
- Then pour the mixture into kulfi moulds & place it in the freezer to set. [Apr 10 to 12 hours]
- Then unmould & serve immediately.
