Ingredients
- Cauliflower – 1 cup
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Small onion – 4 [chopped]
- Pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Method
- Break the whole cauliflower into medium florets.
- Take a bowl, pour warm water & add salt mix well then put cauliflower & leave it for 5 min then drain water.
- Then parboil cauliflower.
- Heat oil in a pan add garlic & onion sauté.
- Add curry leaves sauté
- Add cauliflower, salt & pepper powder sauté well. Then serve hot with rice
